With our discounted pay options (available with
any BottomLine hosting plan) purchase the longer period indicated when
you sign up, pay the reduced rate upfront for that period of time, and
if if you stay for that period you have realized the discount! |

If you stay less than the period signed up
for your fee for
the period hosted is computed based on our normal already low plan rate
during the time you hosted,
but never more than the annual payment made when you signed up! |

For example: If you stay 3 months after
purchasing the Basic Windows plan for one year, your fee for that
shorter period would be computed at $8/month (the normal monthly price
for that plan) for 3 months. The balance remaining
in your prepaid account is refunded. The fee in this case would
therefore be $24 for 3 months. Of the $62.40 paid for one year at
time of purchase, $38.40 would be refunded at cancellation. Amounts due
under this computation that exceed your annual payment, are waived. It's
as straightforward as that. |
